We ship our products in 2-3 days. We gladly accept returns as it is a fantastic opportunity for us to show you our honesty and transparency. We will also get your feedback to improve our products and services. We encourage you to return because your satisfaction and comfort is our utmost priority. We don’t want our customers to get even slightly dissatisfied, hence we advise you to go ahead and ask for refund/exchange.

Help us to know your needs better so that we can provide you with our best of products and services. Returning with Emerald Arrows is as easy as ordering.  you can email us. 

We will schedule a time with you and instruct. Also note that we do not provide reverse pick-up service for now. In such cases we request you to please self-ship the product to us. You can self-ship the product using any courier service of your choice. Please share the courier receipt at  contact@emeraldarrows.com with your order number. 

 Make sure the garment is unused and in good state. You are required to return the main product ONLY.

To maintain strict hygiene standards of our products, we do not accept returns on several product categories, including but not limited to boxers, and perfumes. This item is non-returnable due to the hygiene and personal care nature of the product. However, We will gladly replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you discover a manufacturing defect with a product you bought from our store, please send us an email at  contact@emeraldarrows.com from the email you placed the order with. 

When and how can I cancel an order?
Before your purchases have been prepared for dispatch we can cancel an item. To change an Item/Order you have to cancel the existing order and place new order. Once the order is shipped it cannot be cancelled. For all accepted cancellations, we will refund your money within 7-10 working days, offer store credits or exchange for another available size or product, as you prefer.

Is the return/exchange policy applicable to all the products?
Any item purchased during a sale is non-refundable.
Only exchange will be applicable on orders purchased on sale/offer.
Return/Exchange is not applicable for Mask, Boxers, Socks & Products that are at or below Rs.999/-

What happens if I want to return/exchange the product after the return window is closed?
We're very sorry but we do not accept returns after 7 days of delivery date.

What to do if the product is delivered in a damaged condition?
We strive to deliver the best quality standards, however, in case you receive a damaged / defective product, we should be notified within 24 hours of delivery. Also, we request you email us a photograph of the damaged / defective product to  contact@emeraldarrows.com. In case you fail to intimate about the same within 24 hours of delivery, the return will not be processed.

Can I exchange the purchased product against a higher-value product?
Yes, you can opt for the higher value product against exchange with the existing lesser value product.
The difference amount should be paid while creating the exchange request. Cash on delivery is not available for these orders.
    
How will the difference amount get refunded when the lesser value has opted against the exchange order?
The difference amount refund will be sent back to the gift card. Please note that gift card refunds cannot be sent back to any other payment source.

 

There is no return policy for Boxer and Perfume products. 
SuitsBlazersSherwani, and Nehru Jacket/Waistcoats are non-refundable products. We do not offer cash refunds for these items. However, customers have the option to exchange their SuitsBlazersSherwani, and Nehru Jacket/Waistcoats for a different size, color, or style within 14 days of receiving the order, outfits must be in its original, unused condition with all tags attached. Alternatively, customers may opt for a credit wallet, where the equivalent purchase amount will be credited for future use on our website. Exchange requests must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the order, and the credit wallet option is available for the equivalent purchase amount. This policy is specific to SuitsBlazersSherwani, and Nehru Jacket/Waistcoats and is subject to our general terms and conditions.

Our sunglasses return policy stipulates that all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges. We recommend thoroughly reviewing product details before making a purchase. If you receive a defective item, please contact our customer support.

REFUND

Once we receive return shipment, 100% refund will be initiated within 48 hours.

1) If you have done online payment, your refund will be credited into your bank account within 5 to 7 days.

2) If you have done cash on delivery, you need to provide us your bank account no., bank name and IFSC code. We will refund your amount via NEFT or IMPS within 2 to 5 days.

3) You can also ask for refund in term of ‘Emerald Arrows Cashback’, which you can use in future to buy other Emerald Arrows products.

4) Refund is possible only after parcel is dispatched, delivered and reverse pick is done. 

Process

The easiest way to return or exchange is to generate a request from our website. For transactions made by signed-in customers, you can go to "My Orders" under the "My account" menu. For guest order transactions, visit the Track Your Order page. You will need to enter your Order ID and the email address given in the order.

You can also call or write to us if you need any assistance or if you find that more convenient.

Eligibility

If you find any problems with your article or are unsatisfied for any reason, you can return or exchange the article up to 14 days from the date of delivery.

We will only accept articles that are returned in their original packaging, are unused, unwashed and undamaged with all tags still attached. Otherwise we may not accept the returns and send it back to the customer.


Money back

For all accepted returns, we will refund your money within 7-10 working days, offer store credits or exchange for another available size or product, as you prefer.

Only eligible for the article purchased, not any packaging or gift or free items included by us.

 DAMAGES:

Please inform our customer care department in the event any articles are delivered without tags. Please do not accept a delivery if the packaging is not properly sealed or is damaged.

EXCHANGE

Once return shipment is delivered to our ware house, we will dispatch your exchange shipment from our warehouse.

Exchange your standard size garment with custom size garment: If our standard sizes don’t fit you and you want custom fit garment in exchange, then put your best fit garment with your Emerald Arrows garment in your return shipment and our courier boy will pick it up from your premises. We will construct your garment from the scratch according to your measurement and deliver it to you within 10 to 15 days. We will save your measurements for your future orders also.

In one order Refund/Exchange is possible for one time Only.

 

FOR CUSTOM GARMENTS

We want to provide every customer a wonderful experience. However, it is not very sustainable for us to offer returns and exchanges for a custom garment as it is already manufactured according to your specifications and can’t be sold to anyone else. We will gladly replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you discover a manufacturing defect with a product you bought from our store, please send us an email at  contact@emeraldarrows.com from the email you placed the order with. We also provide a free alteration within 15 days, starting from the day you received your order.
